This summer Pastor Robin will meet with her peeps - all kids 3rd grade and up - for several sessions of Pastor’s Peeps. Here’s the schedule:

June 18 - 3:00 p.m. - Orientation & Breath Prayer

July 2, 9 & 16 at 10:00 - Examen, Intercession, Prayers of Thanksgiving

Aug 6 at 10:00 - Listening to Jesus on Our Journey

Aug 14 at 11:00 - Learning about Labyrinths

These six weeks of contemplative practices will deepen our children’s spiritual lives. Besides that, Pastor Robin loves to spend time with them. Every effort has been made to accommodate the schedules of our families. We hope too, that our children will feel free to invite friends to these experiences.

On this last day of Peeps for this summer, we will meet at the labyrinth on the corner of Williams and E. Walnut. There we will talk about walking the labyrinth as a prayer practice, then we will walk the labyrinth together. Afterwards we will eat sack lunches together. The labyrinth is an ancient prayer practice and we are fortunate to have one on the grounds of the Boone Health complex here in Columbia.
